so my question before i install anything on my new Vista os... what is compatible and what isnt?

thats it, basic question!

Most of the applications listed on that page are Vista compatible.

However, things like CursorFX and Bootskin Vista have not been released.  You can check the individual product pages for full system requires, and remember if you are installing via Stardock Central, you can always check out any beta versions that are available.

I have Object Dock 1.9, Icon Packager 3.2, Cursor XP 1.31, Desktop X 3.5 and Windows blinds 6 all on my Vista Ultimate System without out any glitches..


Just thought I would share.

The current version of IconPackager is 3.2.  That is the version you will need for Vista.

Windowblinds 6 and Objectdock does work. Have used windowblinds some time now, and currently bought Objectdock. Was looking for something to replace that boring taskbar that hasn't been changed much since windows 95. I liked it the moment I got it installed, works perfektly. But recommend reboot after install, even if it doesn't say so!
